The highly anticipated Canelo Álvarez vs Terence Crawford event at Allegiant Stadium set a new benchmark for large-scale live sports entertainment, combining stadium spectacle, broadcast production and immersive visual storytelling at unprecedented scale.

Held before a record-breaking live audience of more than 70,000 attendees and streamed globally to over 41 million viewers via Netflix, the event demanded a unified visual experience capable of operating seamlessly across both the in-venue environment and live broadcast.

Spinifex was responsible for the creation and delivery of all stadium-wide video content across more than 20 synchronized LED surfaces, including immersive entry tunnels, walkways and the largest hanging LED cluster ever installed at Allegiant Stadium. The content system was designed to function as a single cohesive visual canvas across the venue’s complex display ecosystem.

Across the eight-hour fight card, featuring ten bouts leading into the headline event, Spinifex produced and deployed more than 800 individual content pieces, including motion graphics packages, fighter profiles, sponsor integrations, hype content and large-scale cinematic walkout sequences.

The project’s defining moments were the event opener and the two main-event fighter walkouts, which combined cinematic pacing, large-format motion design and tightly synchronized playback across the stadium architecture to heighten anticipation for one of boxing’s most significant modern matchups.

The result was a technically complex and visually ambitious live experience that demonstrated how multi-surface media systems, broadcast integration and cinematic storytelling can converge within contemporary sports presentation.
