Currently part of the ILM Sydney team, she has led global teams on award-winning feature and episodic productions, and is known for her creative leadership, technical excellence, and commitment to artist development.

With over 15 years of experience in visual effects, Noémie Cauvin is an accomplished illustrator, matte painter, and visual development artist specializing in film and television. After starting her career in London and Sydney, contributing to major international productions, she returned to France to expand her expertise across both animation and VFX projects.

She joined The Yard VFX five years ago, leading DMP artists within the environment department, and working closely on concept art to deliver high-quality visuals. Recognized for her leadership and passion for both artistic and technical excellence, she continues to shape some of The Yard's most ambitious projects.

Antoine Goethals

With 15 years of experience in visual effects, Antoine Goethals is an accomplished compositing artist. After starting his career at prominent studios in Belgium, he joined Framestore, where he spent half of his career contributing to acclaimed international features such as Alien : Covenant, Blade Runner 2049, Mary Poppins Returns, world-renowned franchises such as Guardian of the Galaxy, and Fantastic Beasts, and high-profile series such as His Dark Materials.

Upon returning to Europe four years ago ,he joined The Yard VFX as a Lead Compositing Artist. In this role, he heads 2D teams to seamlessly blend complex digital elements with live-action footage, contributing to award-winning projects such as Netflix's All the Light We Cannot See and Amazon MGM Studios' The Rings of Power (Season 2). Recognized for his sharp eye for detail, deep pipeline expertise, and collaborative leadership, he continues to shape the visual excellence of some of The Yard's most ambitious productions.

Rob Coleman

ROB COLEMAN is a two-time Oscar nominee for his animation work on The Phantom Menace (1999) and Attack of the Clones (2002). He has supervised animation teams in Canada, the United States, Singapore and Australia; his selected filmography includes Men In Black (1997), The LEGO Movie (2014), LEGO Batman (2017), Peter Rabbit (2018) and The Mandalorian (2023). He is currently the Creative Director at the ILM Sydney studio..

Initially, Rob spent 14 years at Industrial Light & Magic and Lucasfilm Animation, working closely with George Lucas. He was chosen as one of the most creative people in the entertainment industry when he was added to Entertainment Weekly's 'It List' in 2002 as their 'It CG-Creature Crafter' for his work on digital Yoda. More recently, Rob took the role of the Animation Director of 'Peter Rabbit' at Animal Logic in Sydney. Before returning to ILM, he was Head of Animation on The LEGO® Movie, LEGO® Batman and Ninjago.
