Coca-Cola Creations is a platform dedicated to tapping into the cultural passion points of Gen Z with limited edition product innovations that trigger young people to rediscover the classic taste of Coca-Cola, as part of its global strategy "Real Magic". Coca-Cola Soul Blast was the final Creations launch of 2022, created in partnership with anime BLEACH.
Bleach is iconic for its high intensity visuals and action - and Coca-Cola wanted to harness this brand awareness and existing fanbase for the launch of their new “action-flavored” product. Virtue asked us to put “real magic” of Coca-Cola and Bleach into the hands of fans. We made true on this promise by creating an AR experience that allowed fans to discover their own personalized “Soul Blast”- representing the truest, most potent versions of their inner power as seen in Bleach. Users capture items in their phone in AR by scanning their can - and once collected, we enable people to blast their Soul Blast into the air.
