It is broadly acknowledged that mindfulness and meditation are beneficial. It’s a method for decluttering the mind and reconnecting with the self, and the world, that aids body and soul. Many people who meditate find the effect of group meditation to be even more profound, to the point where it has been suggested that it can affect change in the wider community. This is a film about those effects, what they might be and how we can actually make quantifiable changes in our society.
